Phil Showalter has been consistently listing and selling property for 20 years. He takes pride in providing personal service and making selling or buying a home the best experience possible by giving top quality service to his clients and his many repeat customers. Phil has been active in many clubs and organizations including Streamland Swim Club, Streamland Homeowners Association, Lions Club, Boyle County Football Boosters, Central Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. His community involvement included Knights of Columbus, Boy Scouts, Red Cross Volunteer, Habitat for Humanity, and coaching youth soccer teams.

Phil retired from the Kentucky School for the Deaf in 2005 and is skilled in sign language. His wife Alice is a retired counselor from Boyle County Middle School.
